growing our inner resource.
As living beings within the conviences, structures, and systems of modernity, we one day realize we cannot touch upon a feeling of satisfaction.
Even with access to physical forms of wellness, resources, and hundreds of self-help options, we somehow still feel... unmet.
The disconnection to our well of trust in ourselves is not our own to hold. Our disconnection is systemic, it is created by an unwell system.
And, our wellness is revolutionary. Our ability to love is life giving. To create and live in deep accompaniment with all of life is the birthright of being human.
I work with those who feel burdened by identities of privilege to reinstate their belonging to the whole.
My principles
Everyone is redeemable
Every single person on this planet is capable of loving and being loved. What we have inherited creates the conditions for harmful behaviors that we get the chance in this lifetime to look at.
Healing must happen in relationship
To engage with work on self, is to do work for the diad, the circle, the community, the world. This is relational work. Our wounds happen in relationship, and they heal when we get the chance to act with love for ourselves and the other in relationship.
If we do not have the capacity to hold the conflict or divergence, we commit to growing this capacity
It is never an issue of wrongness when we cannot meet a moment in the way we wish we had. It is only an invitation into noticing, and returning with more awareness.
The complexity and diversity of an ecosystem is an indication of its ability to hold life and be in flow
Within our own selves, we hold an entire ecology. When we can accept and trust the wisdom of our own emotions, our own bodies, and the guidance of our connection to a higher source, we can allow ourselves to no longer require control to feel a sense of security.

I am a writer for relationship ecology, a comix artist, a teacher of slow building.
I’ve spent the past 8 years as a practioner of community living, taking on shared material & relational risk with relatives from different parts of the world. Through this work I have become a believer of the miracle of transformation through relational cycles of conflict & repair.
We (those I live closely with) are committed to creating forms of sustainability that recognize a traumatized world and are ready to both grieve and participate in their healing.
I am a land tender, altar maker, community herbalist, auntie/friend/daughter to many.
I am an artist dedicated to ritual musical theater, classical Chinese instruments, and performance art for the people.
I am an in-training-craftsperson using the medium of clay, sand, wood, straw, glass, and trash materials to create temple, home, and life lived in vibrant community.
